I'll keep this short and sweet... John at Trans National (Salesmen) promised the moon. Marcy (supposid Manager) guaranteed everything and initially was easy to get in touch with, during the selling process. During the delivery period, including the day of delivery and even worse now - she's ignoring me like the plague. Kevin (their Brute) is a complete ass and an arrogent piece of ...work.
We were overcharged, under-delivered and now, after having a damage claim submitted for over 4 months now, are completely ignoring me. They won't return my emails, calls, you name it. Like other complaints I've read, they subletted some moving company out of Chicago. It was NOT a Trans National's mover, DMV Moving was the company. I was hit with a large "packing" fee once they showed up in Florida. Total payment due in "cash" or they were going to leave. I basically had to park my car in front of their truck to keep them from leaving with my belongings, while my wife ran back to the bank for more cash. I was told that my matresses and large furniture items would be included in my fee, NOT... Also found when they showed up that my brand new futon was bungied to the rear of the truck and traveled from Wisconsin to Florida in March. Needless to say, it was trashed by the time it showed up at my home. I have over $600.00 in a damage claim, that will probably never get resolved, as they won't talk to me.
In closing - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are crooks!! Ignore their BBB rating, it's not worth the paper it's printed on. If I never get paid, it'll be worth it if I can keep at least 1 customer from using this company. STAY AWAY!!
