Asked for a quote on moving my stuff based on a Penseke 16 foot truck. Was sent quote (apparently it was not based on what I asked for). Movers came 10 hours late. Driver said I had to pay double because I had more stuff than what was quoted. Sales person called me a liar, yelled at me and told me I could measure my stuff in the truck when it comes. Delivery was 3 days late. Driver told me I could not measure that is done when they load the truck. When unloading the truck they were bringing in stuff that didn't belong to me, even a bed! I paid double than what was quoted and was treated very rudely. They are a very shady company. Please do not use! There was never any communication unless I made all the calls. The driver delivering my items got into an augment with the manager of my apartment complex. The truck driver drove over their lawn and damaged the curb and grounds.
