I used this company, because I believed what they told me about their service, and I should listen to the competition when they said that they have hidding costs.
I packed every thing by myself. I needed only loading and unloading.
Which is worse, they are came 6 hours late, it was schedule for 2:00 pm they arrived 8:00, plus they came up with a smaller truck, not the one they offered. since the beggining they were looking for ways to increase your payment. Once they are at your door things change. They knew we had to move that day and they came up with new additional charges, and we did not have any option but take what they demanded before start mooving our stuff, or what it is yet worse, additional charges came up before they unloaded, so there you are paying all their demands. Time travel was one hour 15 min. They stop for food, took their time and we had to pay for that. At 4:00 am, the guys were very tired, they caused damages in the walls, furniture, and others. Cuold we complaint about it?..Of course not, the manager said he will take care and the very next day he just ignored the whole situation, and said good bye. I recomend you check on better companies if you don’t want to be surprised. And no matter how good you pack your stuff, they don’t care. They load the truck and there are not differences betwen “heavy stuff” or “fragil stuff” they will put a heavy furniture on top of your crystal, and don’t complain about it, they will tell you they know what they are doing. result: broken stuff, scratches, and more. Nice people?…Not at all.
