Okay so it was like this my house was a train wreck, not the most well kept home, when they came over the day of the move they looked at the house and said we'll have to get back to you. 2 hours later without a single word I finally called. I was told the house was a mess and they didn't want to work in those conditions. Okay these people are suppose to be professionals. Your getting paid to do a job. So the house was messy you just pick up a box and move it? Yes it was a disaster area but the stuff that needed to be moved was all organized and they had a clear path to the boxes and back to the door. Let's just say for arguments sake they had a legitimate issue, why not man up and tell you to your face rather than going and whining back to your boss like a three year old tattling to his/her mommy? So I ended up getting a uhaul and did it myself for a lot less in the end. Very shady and unprofessional. Shop around there are plenty of options. Remember you get what you pay for and if it sounds to good to be true, then there is usually something lurking in the fine print..
