A completely frustrating and regretful experience

This was the worst move I have ever encountered. The booking started off well but it went down hill from there. We were not informed they had a 5% charge if paying with a credit card. Nor were we told they only accept money orders from the post office...not our national bank. I spent majority of the day calling asking where the movers were and only received the run around. The management team (Kevin and Leo) were down right rude and disrespectful. After a pickup that was scheduled for 8am actually took place after 5pm. The delivery was supposed to be same day but turned out to be next day after 2pm. We had to pay for a hotel to sleep in and was given (after many calls to management) $100 credit. At one time they even told me they did not have record of our move. I was told they own their own trucks but a truck with another name showed up to complete the move. Poor communication, poor accountability and overall poor choice!
