Horrible Company. No one should do business with this moving company. I had a contract with the move dates for 7/10-7/11, but no one called from dispatch the day before as I was promised and no one showed up for pickup. So, the whole weekend was a stressful situation for my entire family, as this was a interstate move and we had to close the house and hand over the keys to the buyer. In addition to botching up the moving with a reason that there were no local drivers available (even when I booked this move 2 months in advance), when I called on Monday to find out, the customer service manager was really rude, almost racist and talked in such an unapologetic tone with me, and hung up on me while I was still speaking. This is the most horrible experience I ever had w/ any business in US. They do not deserve any customers!!
