I moved a lot in my lifetime and these guys are the worst (the only ones in this category) in all the movers that I used.
1st they were late and then they dragged and dragged their feet (since they charge by the hour). They took lots of smoke brakes. They were very slow to move things and themselves. Broke many item even the mirrors frame and they stuck it with scotch tape so I won't notice it till they were gone. The time was running out since all I had was $600 ( they want cash only) and their estimate was max. $400. So the brought in the small stuff and left the heavy big item on the curb for me to pick up and get it indoor. Repeatedly I asked them bring the heavy big stuff in (cabinet, dresser, etc.) but they did not as to prolong the hours to extract more money out of the customer. So beware it could cost you double or more depending on their mood.
Never again will I use them and I will tell everyone i know to be aware of the scheme that they are pulling to rob people. Oh ya, they will want the money as soon as they get to the destination and before unloading the items. When your payment runs out ( for that certain hours) they will ask for more money to continue or all be be let on the curve.
