I'm real and I made the mistake of using Three Brothers Moving of MD./VA for a move in late 2007. Several policies are abusive. First, they have 25% hidden fee's. And if you go overtime, past 8 hours from when they leave their office in the morning, they start time and a half.
They bill you after they pack up your stuff and then if you don't pay the fee's, they take your stuff. If they finish early, they refuse to refund the overcharge which happened in my case. I filed with BBB and others but that is nutless. On the day of the move, Three Brothers management verbally threatened me, including leaving a voicemail that almost prompted me to call to the police.
They threatened and yelled at their driver over the phone so loud I could hear it from yards away. They were yelling at him for not charging me more because I had some of my own boxes. They make huge amounts of money if they charge you their sky high prices for materials.
This is the absolute worst moving company I have dealt with and a shear terror. I have seen many bad writeups on this company on this site and others and very few good ones. Unfortunately, I didn't do my research before hiring this company.
