I pray that no one makes the same mistake my family and I made by hiring this company. We hired Three Brothers for a one-day local move and we have been paying for our mistake ever since. During the move, the movers realized the person they sent out for the quote was incompetent and asked my 5-month pregnant wife to move the rest of the goods herself since they did not have a big enough truck. I told them this was unacceptable and therefore they made two trips. Before offloading the goods at the destination, they refused to work unless my wife signed off on the inventory before it was completed. They damaged the original house and have yet to answer calls or mail about the claim I filed with them. I paid twice what the quoted estimate was and I personally paid for and repaired the damages to the original house. I have called them at least 15 times since the move and they have yet to return any calls.
