Terrible service, loss, and WAY over estimate!

This company came out to look at my stuff, and told me - easy - they could do my move in 8 hours.
They showed up 1.5 hours after I asked them to be there.
It took 10.5 (that's with me and a friend helping to unload), they charged me 11 (an extra .5 of overtime, of course).
Then three items were missing when I finally got all unpacked (I don't think they were stolen, just misplaced).
Finally, their customer service people the day of the move and afterwards were terrible. I would never recommend or use them again, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
