Showed up 7 hours late for pickup. Tripled the estimate originally given. Had multiple jobs on the pickup truck and couldn't fit all items, requiring a uhaul rental for those items. Promised a 5PM delivery and then showed up at 9:30, Required cash to be given to the delivery driver (cash in full or we would have to wait another week until the check cleared in order to deliver) then refused to unload anything until they had cash in hand. Roadways is a ripoff, do not use them under any circumstance. It's not a coincidence that they have an F rating by the Florida BBB.
