This company is incredibly deceptive and incompetent. When they gave me their quote, it was with a full inventory that may have been off by tens of cubic feet ($2.90 per cu ft), but not more than 1000. When the truck was loaded, the driver lied about the cubic footage, first lying about how many segments were taken up in the truck, then about how many cu ft per segment. After catching him in his lies, he corrected it. The delivery should have come July 2; the driver arrived on July 16, but he didn't have a big enough truck, so he left 10 items behind. He also only brought his wife for the move, up three stories with many heavy things. Several pieces were damaged. The bottoms of two boxes were filled with maggots, either from the storage or the truck. The driver demanded payment before unloading, then an hour later told me the unfortunate news that not all was there. Since then, the company has lied to me 7 times about the delivery date for the rest of the stuff, always pushing it out 5-7 days in the future. I still have not received it as of 7/27. What was stolen included an Aeron chair, a mountain bike, a grill, and my wardrobe box with ~$2,000 worth of suits and dress clothes. Not only would I not use them again, I would work to make sure no one else ever uses them again.
