Pick up date was 6/10/21. I had to keep calling them for updates. They said they were on their way, but running late. They finally showed up 6/12. Delivery was scheduled for 6/26. This move was paid in full. Today is 7/16 and we are still waiting on a response from them with updates or a delivery date. No one has EVER returned a phone call to us. That includes the Operation Manager, Ben. Dispatch has never once answered the phone and even the customer service support says they cannot get a hold of dispatch.
