Texas Movers Group falsely, deceptively gave an estimated move cost then charged us DOUBLE the estimate to move LESS items and they forgot to even pack and load several items from original estimate list. Professional moving and packing services were NOT provided per estimate and thus damages occurred in shipping due to mishandling and/or poor packing. The REAL problems and bullying started on the day of pickup, during delivery (extortion-like demand for cash for overcharges when law allows 30 days), and after. Used multiple third-party claims companies to delay payment and any payment was tied to a non-disclosure clause to keep their online reputation inflated. Unprofessional and deceptive company that is more inclined to pay others to inflate and repair their online reputation than paying claims properly and abiding by legal requirements governing consumer protections for interstate moves.
