Adviced that with pick up on the 16th of September delivery of my furniture would be on the 22nd of September; I called on the 22nd asking about the delivery and at that time adviced delivery would be some time after Sunday. Called the following Monday, the 27th adviced furniture would be going out Oct 1 and be delivered on the 3rd. Called back on the 1st and told furniture getting ready to go out. Called on the 3rd and adviced furniture still in storage in Houston. Called on the 4th adviced would call me back, never called back. Called back the next day and adviced furniture would be going out within the next couple of days and delivery beginning of next week. Called on the 9th of October and given drivers phone number, he adviced me delivery should be on the 12th of Oct. Finally delivery on the 12th of October, however driver stated because of construction on street he could not enter apt complex. That shoud not have been an issue plenty of room for semi to drive in. Driver adviced me that I could rent a truck or he would rent one and charge me $400 for the rental. Did rental of truck myself for total of $58. Delivery of furniture: desk had some damage and found that they had USED MY VACUUM CLEANER while they were storing it. Called THM and spoke with Anita and she stated, how would I know if the vacuum was used, I then adviced her that when vacuum was taken it was clean when I received it the canister was full of dirt and red fibers( canister was so full that the dirt and fibers were coming a small opening at the top), she placed me on hold and then shortly thereafter I was disconnected. Also, just to mention quote was for $1120.40 I landed paying an additional $400 when they came for pick up. One word of advice "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE"! BBB rates them wtih a "F".
