I recently contractraced with Team USA to move my stuff from MI to TX. I planned this 4 weeks before my move. The week that they were supposed to pick up my stuff, I called and called and called to get the info on them and they said that in just "1 hour" they would know and they would call me back. This went on for 5 days until I finally told them to screw it and give me my deposit back. They wanted to charge me an additional $500 for another moving company to move my stuff from northern MI to Detroit. This was after my stuff was already to be delivered in Texas. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and they will constantly LIE to you. It has been 4 weeks and I have not yet seen my reimbursment. WHen I call and ask for the manager, they won't let me talk to them and I just get connected to the same LOSER disbatcher guy named CHAD. The only reason things are in progress is because I told them the next step was to bring my lawyer in. He told me that I didn't have my money yet becasue they had cash flow issues and he didn't want a check to bounce on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! PAY THE EXTRA FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY. SLEEPZY, DISHONEST LOSERS!
