The pickup went smoothly, according to my mother-in-law. Some slight miscommunication about arrival time for the delivery, but probably due to morning rush hour making the trip longer take than anticipated. The delivery team was very pleasant and professional, and everything seemed well-packed. They even added some staples to the mirror backing to make sure that it wouldn't break in transit.
