This was my first experience with shipping a few furniture items cross-country. The initial quote and booking were easy, and my numerous questions were answered patiently. I called several companies, and TSI was the most reasonable. My available schedule made the pickup difficult, because I needed more advance notice. It was worked out, and the men who arrived to pickup the items were professional, courteous, and efficient. They bundled and labeled the items and off they went. I was amazed that it took less than a week for the items to be delivered to my daughter on the other side of the country. All the pieces arrived in perfect condition. My daughter's experience with the delivery was just as positive as the pickup. I would not hesitate to use TSI again, and would recommend them to anyone.
