YCR was the shipping company contracted to move the boxes. The pick up in Portland, Oregon was scheduled between 2 and 5 pm. The truck arrived at 2. The delivery in Houston was also scheduled between 2 and 5 pm, and it was made at 2 pm. The YCR drivers called about 45 minutes before they arrived. Although the boxes were loose when they were picked up, they had been placed on two pallets when they were delivered. We were well impressed by both YCR drivers. Steve Sergeant was very clear in all of our conversations, and he provided good advice on packing the boxes. He also made a use reference to Marsh Canada for insurance. Altogether a great experience, and the price was about 40 percent less than using any of the pod-type shippers.
