Everyone was great! Joe got back to us quickly with the information requested and set up a date that worked for us! He was courteous and friendly. The delivery men were polite and clean. Set up our clock where we wanted and took time to make sure everything was in perfect condition and that we were happy with the delivery. It was our first time using a delivery company and this was a very sentimental piece. My father passed away last September, my mother this past February, this was their grandfather clock so I was very nervous and concerned letting someone else moving it. It was a great experience and I would use this company again and again!
