Used this service to move a college graduate halfway across country, basically 1 big room of stuff, including a mattress. Pickup was slightly late, just 10 minutes past end of window. One box was lost but found and delivered yesterday. One box was slightly damaged, but items inside OK. Susan O. was fantastic, as was everyone else I spoke to on the phone at TSI. The guys at the trucking company (Conway) were helpful and professional. All in all a great experience (although it's totally up to you as to how well you pack your stuff). Worked out to be cheaper than renting a truck and driving ourselves!
