It did take a full two weeks for delivery...when we were initially told by the pick-up driver that it would probably be at its destination in about 7 days. But, nonetheless, it did arrive within the two week window we were original given and people called and gave us updates and so forth. The employees who handled our shipment were professional and handled our items with care.
