I appreciated the assistance provided by the booking agent (Kathy T). She was very communicative and accommodating as I had time restrictions on the pick-up date. The folks that I interacted with in-person (the drivers at both the pick-up in the Philly area and drop-off in SE Washington) were very professional, on-time, and also communicative. Overall, the experience was a very positive one, and I would definitely recommend your services to others.
