The two people (subcontractors) who came to wrap and pick up the furniture, were careful with the items and professional in their communications and work. The Transit Systems person was professional, answered my questions and addresses my reservations/fears and kept me informed about the process. The delivery people (subcontractors) were careful carrying the pieces to the rooms and in unwrapping the items. One small bookcase/end table was missing at the initial delivery, but was found on the truck at the end of the delivery day and delivered the next day. After a stressful and problematic delivery of furniture across the country with another business, we were VERY happy with the communications, process, and end result with Transit Systems and will use them again and recommend them.
