My car was picked up on-time, and arrived at the destination a week early. The staff was great about coordinating safe storage for my car until my scheduled arrival. The car was delivered to me just as TSI picked it up. My boxes were picked up on-time and arrived right in the arrival window I was given. My boxes were in fine condition. Everything survived in working order: my TV, my printer, my monitor and my computer tower. Nobody ever has a move as smooth as the move TSI gave me!
