It was great. I was shipping a mattress, and I was afraid it would be hard to get to the truck. But the pickup driver just came with a dolly and did it all himself, and was very nice. For the drop off the driver was running early by about an hour, he called me and was super polite and asked if I minded if he came early. Again, he brought it up to the house, and there were no issues. Thank you for everything, the shipment was worry free. The box was a bit worse for the wear, but everything inside was good.
