I was shipping an antique chair to my brother. The chair has a great deal of sentimental value as it was our grandfather's chair. I had researched several different shipping options that were all very expensive and could not guarantee a timely shipping date and/or a guarantee of a delivery without damage. Their staff was very knowledgeable as to packaging the chair as to avoid any damage. They also wrapped the wheeled legs very carefully as to avoid any damage or loss. The chair was delivered to my brother in excellent condition and in a very timely way.
