Pick up was Confusing but Good

My shipment needed to go completely across the country. It arrived in the same condition as it left. The pickup schedule was a bit confused in the beginning and I had to call a couple of times to find out the status, seems the order was off the radar for some reason, but once it was brought to light, the process was on track as expected. The delivery team was very accommodating to the receiving party and assisted with moving the unit into the home. This was much appreciated since the recipient just came home from having surgery. Thank you for being so caring. I will use you again!! Thank you.
