My experience with Transit Systems was exceptional. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone and in person was extremely professional and courteous but friendly. They all did a great job at communicating and answered all my questions. I had an entertainment center moved from my house in Texas to my sister's house in Florida. I got my initial quote by submitting it through the website and then Chris contacted me to follow up. He was very helpful and explained how the service works. He told me what phone calls to expect prior to pick up and prior to delivery. he price was very reasonable compared to other companies that I contacted.
The staff that called about the scheduling the pickup were very, very informative and extremely pleasant. The two men that picked up the piece were very professional and extremely polite. They called when they were getting close to Austin so I would have time to leave work and get to the house in time to meet them. They were on time. They were very careful preparing the piece and did a great job at wrapping it and carefully moving it from the house to the truck.
I would definitely recommend Transit Systems to any friends and family and will use them whenever I need to move items across the country again.
