Over all very good experience. Only issue was that I was told my mattress likely weighed less than it actually did (it's one that is more expensive and ended) and it would have been nice if I had been given more info about the general weight of mattresses. Gentleman who picked up mattress was very helpful and very nice - much appreciated.
