Transit Systems did a great job getting my items to me. But it is a curb to curb service. You have to unload the items yourself. As a single woman, I wasn't able to offload from the truck. It posed a bit of a problem finding help in the middle of a work day...but I managed it. The items arrived in excellent condition.
