Got several quotes to ship a mattress set across the country, and TSI was the cheapest. After the mattress is delivered I got a new invoice and call letting me know that they added 20% to the bill, as the mattress weighed more than they quoted me. Classic underbidding to get business, only to force extra payment on the back-end of the deal. Keep this in mind when you receive your quote.
