Our family shipped my daughter's great great grandmother's china cabinet from my sister in California to my daughter in Florida. I was impressed with the way that Tom not only responded by e-mail with a quote right away, he followed it up with a personal phone call. There was a bit of a rocky start with the pick-up of our china cabinet because the driver did not notify my sister the day before of his impending arrival, causing my sister to have to suddenly leave work instead of me (being retired) being there to have it loaded up. The rest of its trip however, went very well. Leslie was great with answering my two requests for its status along the way and Tom immediately responded to my e-mails regarding the pick-up snafu. All in all, we are very pleased with the company's handling of the shipping of our precious heirloom.
