Matt was wonderful. He really went out of his way expedite the pick-up date, and was also very accommodating when I had to reschedule the delivery. The only issue I had was w/ the driver who picked-up the clock; he wasn't prepared to remove & pack inner workings of the clock. He packed everything for us, but we had to scramble to find packing materials. Everything else was great!
