I shipped a carousel horse from MD to WA. The horse arrived on December 31 and the delivery guys were very funny XXXstating that Posey was hungry and thirsty after her long trip, but otherwise fine. The horse arrived in great shape and we're delighted. Shipping such an odd shaped item was a challenge, but the TSI team was very helpful and attentive to responding to my questions and concerns.
