Transit Systems was responsive and very customer oriented. I am busy with work and arranged the pick up via email and phone calls from various airports. The person I dealt with was always polite, and had a good handle on my order. She arranged with a local mover who arrived promptly as scheduled and had the items picked up and loaded within 20 minutes. The driver indicated the items would go to a transfer location and then probably right out west. I didn't expect anything so quick, but the delivery was made on the 7th day, one week after pickup. I followed the TSI guidance on packing the items and all arrived safe and sound.
I will definitely use TSI in the futre if I have this need again. They had their act together and were very professional.
