TSI itself seems to be okay, friendly and helpful customer service.... The problem is they contract a third party to move your things and they throw it around like garbage, break it< but only insure it for 10 cents a pound. (So my $100 vintage piggy bank that was bubble wrapped in a box CLEARLY marked fragile on all sides that they broke we would get a whole whopping $1.30) I would never EVER EVER use this company again! I am in tears right now, I am SO upset about my piggy bank, not to mention my daughters dresser is now falling apart completely and I haven"t even hardly started to go through all the boxes to see what else they"ve thrown around & broken. PLUS they charged us an extra $200 because supposedly our belonging were over the weight for the quote we were given, but we moved a pretty small amount of belongings so I don't believe we really did go over the 600 lb limit but I didn't have my boxes weighed before the truck came so I can't prove that. But seriously??? After breaking half my belongings, dropping my fragile box right in front of me, you want $200 more dollars?????!!!!! SCAM, steer clear. They do have lower prices than any other company that quoted me still but buyer beware.... don't forget the saying "You get what you pay for" because that is CERTAINLY the case with this company!
