Tranit Systems (TSI) is a hair away from being a full blown scam. First, they have horrible customer service or perhaps they have non at all. Once they charged $552.99, they promised door-side pick up between 10 am to 2 PM on July 31st, 2009. After they collected my money, they didn't contact me to tell me that they were running late. I called them over 7 times and they finally came 4 hours late. To add insult over injury, they never informed me that the truck that they sent to pick up the boxes could not enter my residential community due to its size. As result, I had to drag 10 heavy boxes (500 pounds total) in the rain about a mile away so that it could be loaded on to the truck. This was not an easy feat for a girl who who weighs only 110 pounds. I asked them if they could send someone to help me but they refused.
The delivery of boxes to San Diego was also plagued by problems as well. It has been over 12 days and they still have not delivered my packages. They informed me that someone came me to deliver my packages. However, I never heard a door-bell or a knock on my door. I called them to express my concern over the packages, however as usual, they were not concerned. Finally, they have the nerve to tell me that I have to pay $90 to have it re-delivered.
Collectively, this company has been a nightmare from start to finish. Please don't believe anything on their website because they are a bunch of liars who have absouletely no respect for their customers. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.
