I am very disappointed in this movers. i got an appointment from them 2 weeks back to come and take an in home estimate for Monday, 07/18/2011 morning @ 8.30am. As this is in the morning i had to stay back from work cancelling my meeting appointments etc... The day of the appointment from T&C,they called me in the morning at 8.10am and told me they are cancelling the appointment as the person cannot come in that day..i asked for next day or the next day, none possible for them. I told them way earlier that i need an appointment this week as i am out of country for 1month. and planning to move when i come back...they offered me an appointment the following week which is not possible with me as i will not be in town or this Friday which is not possible either.
Very disappointment with them for not informing me earlier that they cannot make it so that i would have called some other movers to come in to take an estimate, or neither i had to cancel my work appointment or taken off.....If they are doing such things in the beginning then what would have happened if i had moved with them, if they cannot keep their schedule. Thank god i didn't!!!!!!! Please think twice before you move with them........Good luck!!!!!
