The customer service to book was very friendly, then fell apart. Many pieces of furniture, electronics and valuable collectibles were broken by the way they were handled after they picked up our order. They picked up our furniture and belongings at our warehouse in 2 trips, not enough room on their truck when they showed up the first time. They came the next day, then our belongings were stored somewhere and we were not told even what state they were sitting in. They finally contacted us 6 days later with a delivery window of 7 days. The contract said 3 helpers to unpack. That was not true. An 18-wheeler pulled up in the manufactured home park and didn't fit. They had 1 driver, 1 helper, we and our friends had to unpack most of our belongings and carry them 2 blocks to our home. We are still in the process of opening our boxes, MANY DAMAGED GOODS. We have tried to contact them regarding this, they do not respond. Find a national, reputable mover instead.
