This review is addressed to the great customer service agents at Systems Relocation. I would like to especially point out three employees who went above and beyond what was expect of them in order to ensure a positive customer experience. Ryan and Tommy from customer service were great : My first interaction with Ryan occurred when he confirmed my moving date. After that, I called him a dozen times to get more information and redirect my call to the appropriate departments. He was always available, even during the weekend when I had to call him.
Mike from Dispatch: Mike made my entire moving experience a positive one. He went above and beyond what was expected of him in order to ensure that I was satisfied. When I called him, he was always available. When I had a problem, he tried to resolve it promptly. And when I suggested improvements in my moving experience, he took my concerns seriously, and took immediate action.
