DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! To begin, do not believe the prices the company quotes you. The original quote for move was $800. Two dispatcher reps called with different times of pickup. They arrived earlier than they were suppose to and caused a complete inconvenience. Secondly, they padded charges on top of the original quote with hidden fees and prices. I was told the bigger items would be packaged by movers. They were, but for a fee. They also charged for the labor of packing big items. They said my final cost was $1900. After which, they asked for tips in order to accommodate discounts. A joke right?!
As the day approaches for the items to be dropped off, no one called to let me know what time or give me any information regarding my delivery. It took my initiative to get something done. They stated it would arrive on one day and at a given time. They experienced mechanical failure and told me I had to have someone there the following day at the time they gave. No other options. Because I could not, due to me accommodating their original day of delivery, they said I would have to send it back to a storage and pay for storage fee and labor when my invoice says i get storage free for 30 days. Or, I could rent a Uhaul van and pick-up what I paid $1900 for them to do. Those were the only two options. This company was very unprofessional from the customer service rep to the manager. They talk to you like you are not the paying customer. Furniture damaged and no compensation for it. If you are looking for a reliable choice this company is far from that. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST unless you love the feeling of wasting your money.
