well i must say that i did my move with sunshine and they were great....i wasnt sure in picking ANY moving company but i had no choice since its a long distance move. they made me feel safe and assured that i was picking the right company. i dont know about the "illegal moving"...but they did a GREAT JOB...and i would call them again or pass the word to friends and family about sunshine
