Charge without informing me, "cancel to get deposit back" will take you forever.

In the first, the lady convinced me to do the moving with them. I gave her the credit card number, and she told me before she charged me for deposit, she will inform me. However, I didn't know I was charged until 1 week before my moving date. I found out the charge when I received my credit card bill. I felt uncomfortable to do business with this kind of company so I cancelled my moving with them. On the phone, they told me I will be refund within 1 week. 2 month past already, everytime I call them, they just kept saying "please check your statement, you should see the refund in the end of week". HAHAHA, Guess What!! I still didn't receive the refund yet. My recommendation for all of you is "Don't ever talk to this company in the first place"
