Stressless Movers

Dealing with stressless movers the most horrible, unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. Stressless movers? How about MOST stress movers. We booked this company to help us more from NJ to NY. They arrived, took a look at our place, said that "this is going to take all day" and that we can no longer have our flat rate of $475. They were just trying to get more money out of us and said we have to pay an hourly fee. Obviously, I got upset and called their headquarters. The girl, Lena, offered no help and simply said that the guys "don't want to work for free." She said she would try to talk to them and call me back. At this point, the movers just left!!!! They basically just left us stranded with all our stuff packed, they didn't seem to care that this was the only day we can move, or that we literally had no where to stay. I never heard from Lena, even after calling her numerous times offering more money since at that point we just needed to get out. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Beware of their Craigslist posts, this is a scam, they will only try to get more money out of you!
