One of the most horrible experiences of our lives. Quote started out at $1477, ended up being $3000.00. We did add a few items, but did not expect it to double our price and did not know it would double until everything was on the small rental truck they used. (small because it was a small move). The worst atrocity was when the 2 barely English speaking people came to our home at 6:00 PM (they were supposed to be there at noon) they insisted we give them a tip of $150.00 or they would leave the premises without our furniture. We were forced to comply because at that point the house was closed on and the new owners were moving in on the same day. We were extorted for $150. We are older folks and these men took advantage of that. The next day we spoke to Ronnie who said he would take the $150 off our total which was already doubled. He was fully aware of what his workers did to us.
When our stuff was delivered they demanded the balance be paid in cash before they would unload the truck. In all, this was a horrible experience. I would NEVER use this so called Company (they used another Mover to deliver) again or recommend them to anyone. Also, they broke a table and shorted(or stole) a couple of boxes.
