Though this is my first time moving and I have nothing to compare it to, I know good service when I see it. The Straight Forward Moving team is amazing at customer service. They are polite and are not at all overwhelming and pushy, but they do make sure to remind me about every detail thing I need to know in order to make my move as smooth as possible. I really appreciate how great they were while answering all of my questions. I was a bit nervous, and I probably called to ask questions 2-3 times per day, and they were patient and understanding. I recommend them to anyone, especially first time movers! They'll completely have your back. Thank you, Straight Forward!
