We originally planned on moving with another company, but after some hidden fees and poor customer service we switched to Straight Forward Moving at the last minute. We were not comfortable trusting some of our items with a company that didn't do their job well. But Straight Forward Moving exceeded our expectations and did an amazing and fast job. They were efficient, cost effective, friendly, helpful and professional.
