My friend recommended me this moving company that he used to relocate his house across the country. My situation was different; the problem was to move out of downtown Chicago to downtown LA, problem with parking and the size of the truck. I have been informed by municipality that I needed to obtain a parking permit in Chicago, and to use a shuttle in LA. When I was talking to my rep at Straight Forward Moving, I informed them of the scenario. They told me that the pickup in Chicago would not be a problem since they pick up on smaller trucks regardless. But it would cost extra for the delivery in LA. They factored the shuttle in the price which wasn’t too terrible so that there would not be any surprises on the day of the move. I appreciate all the hard work that the sales rep, drivers and customer service department did for me. I would use them again!
