Our movers asked for alcohol the entire day. They broke numerous items, including antiques and claimed that everything was "cosmetic " damage even though I can close the door on my dryer because they bent it so badly. The customer service woman wanted to argue every point and wouldn't admit that all of my damage was due to the fact that 5 drunks loaded the moving trick while the lazy driller never once got out.
